After 25 years of business, HomeTech Renovations, Inc. has begun to remodel projects that were previously remodeled by our company. This project is just one of them. The project included an expansion within the existing footprint by eliminating the undersized “builder's breakfast nook and dividing interior wall. Old windows were eliminated and a new larger window was installed over the sink area. Existing soffits were eliminated and reduced as dictated by existing mechanicals which remain concealed in the new smaller soffits. Inset cherry cabinets were chosen with integral wainscoting facing the new dining area. The design was additionally challenged by the cement slab floors that contained some damaged drain lines. The same cement floor left for a cool room during winter, and, as a result, a spectacular new fireplace and surround was designed, built and installed by HomeTech Renovations, Inc.
