Refined Elegance Master Suite Remodel: North Wales, PA

Master Suite Remodel, custom bathroom designOur client is always on the go and wanted a space that she could home to and forget about the everyday stresses. This project encompassed remodeling a master suite; the bedroom, closet and of course the bathroom. The closet was custom designed to meet the specific needs of our client. Each element in the bathroom was specifically designed and custom built for our clients as well. Traditional polished chrome fixtures were selected to accent the custom dark cherry cabinetry. Neutral warm colored tile designs in intricate patterns add to the refined elegance and beauty of the space.

The project took on quite a drastic transformation. Here are some before and after photos …

A Refined Rustic Master Bathroom: Ambler, PA

Rustic master bath remodelA recently completed master bath remodel located in Ambler, PA gave our clients the peaceful and rustic space they were looking for. The unique layout provides our clients with their own spaces within the bathroom and maximized storage allows for a clutter free room; even the seat bench provides concealed storage. Earthy and airy materials create this warm and welcoming master bath. With distressed wood flooring adding warmth, desert gold slate providing a full palette of earthy tones and custom painted cabinetry giving a hint of tradition and refinement, the space welcomes you to stay a while.

Custom slate shower with oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixturesThe shower area was another important feature to our clients. The 1/2 walls around the shower allow privacy but still a sense of openness within the shower. A pebble floor was designed in the shower giving our clients an added spa-like experience and also added to the overall rustic feel of the master bath. The desert gold slate gives the space a plethora of added color and the running bond pattern creates  a unique twist to the shower space. The jamb material is Roman Travertine adding to that custom feel and tying back to the countertops of the vanities. A frameless shower enclosure was chosen as well. A french 15 lite pocket door is used for the main entrance into the space which eliminated a traditional door from swinging into the space and also allowed natural light to flood in from the master bedroom. A tranquil and warm space …

Contractor of the Year Award Winners!!!

Filed under: Recent Projects — Tags: , — HomeTech Renovations @ 3:53 pm

We are happy to announce that on Friday evening of January 22nd at the CotY Award ceremony; HomeTech brought in two Awards! We recieved Contractor of the Year Award for “Best Residential Bath Over $60,000″ and the Meritorious Award for “Best Residential Bath Over $60,000″ as well. Congrats to everyone who was involved in each of these projects; they are beautiful!!!!!

Below is a brief summary some images of the winners. Enjoy …..

Contractor of the Year Award Winner: Modern Master Bath Retreat in Media, PA

Master Bath Custom Shower EntranceRecently completing their downstairs powder room; our clients were ready to move onto their master bath which was in desperate need of some attention. They both lead very busy lives and wanted a place of tranquility and peace to come home to. Our clients wanted a more functional space, a much larger shower, innovative design, better lighting, a more open, airy and welcoming feel and a design that would complement their personal taste and aesthetic. The original space had a very dated and cold look; his & her vanities were flanked on either side of the tub and the small shower was tucked in a corner. Overall the space lacked design, symmetry, color, aesthetic and function. The space was completely transformed into an earthy modern adult retreat with a functional and unique design aesthetic. Our clients have a deep love for art and through the design and materials the master bath became a piece of living art.

Meritorious Award Winner: Contemporary Master Bath in Doylestown, PA

Contemporary Master Bath in Dotlestown, PAUnique and one-of-a-kind. This contemporary master bath plays with the avant-garde and untraditional by using colored mosaic brick glass tile, resin panels, exotic leather stone, dark wood cabinetry and textured Sunset Glory Slate. Welcoming you into the space is a large curved multi-colored glass mosaic shower wall complimented by the custom curved bench seat across from the shower. Resin panels created privacy and specific zones within the space. Boucle Tweed glazed vessel sinks and polished chrome faucets contrast the exotic leather stone countertop creating this balance between soft and hard. The purpose of this project was to provide our client with and up-dated, adult retreat with one-of-a-kind design elements. This space was to flow into the master bedroom. Our clients wanted an open space that still created privacy zones within the master bathroom. This project involved removing an existing interior wall, fabricating a custom curved shower and window bench to echo the shower’s form. A 24” diameter ceiling flush-mount rain shower head was installed as well creating quite a design feature.
